The shape and slope of the plot gave rise to a floorplan of family house. It is a cascade building composed of few cuboids. The shape of the house is complemented by concrete portals that define the entrance and terrace of the house. The interior is dominated by the decors of stone and marble in high gloss, with furniture in dark brown wood. The concept is complemented by lighting fixtures and accessories with golden elements.
